Shipping Outside California (Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada)
Most orders leave our shop within one to two weeks. Orders placed between October and March ship in one week. Orders placed between April and September ship in two weeks. Rush orders ship in three business days. Most orders ship UPS Ground in triple cardboard boxes. Larger orders ship in crates with UPS Freight or other nationwide LTL carriers. Allow three to five business days for transit time (depending on your location). Shipping costs range between 11% and 16% in most cases. Shipping is based on the weight and dimensions of the furniture. There are no extra costs for handling, packaging or crating.
Shipping Options in California
Most orders ship exactly the same as the nationwide orders (see above). Rates are 30% lower than the nationwide rates if you choose Standard UPS ground service. But, if you prefer to HAVE YOUR FURNITURE DELIVERED AND ASSEMBLED just let us know when you call in. If ordering online, choose the "Hand-Delivered & Assembled" option in the shipping drop-down menu. Our assembly team will bring your set and assemble it on-site within 2 to 3 weeks. If you need it faster, let us know and we'll see if we can squeeze it in sooner. There is a minimum $250 delivery and assembly charge for our statewide assembly service. Rates are based on order size. To calculate shipping cost options, just add the items you are interested in to the shopping cart and select the shipping option you'd prefer. It will instantly give you the cost comparison between UPS and hand-delivered by clicking the "update cart" button.
Shipping to Other Countries
We ship regularly to Canada and can ship to other countries. If your order is going to Canada, to calculate your shipping cost just add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart. Then choose Standard UPS Shipping — Canada, Alaska & Hawaii and click the "update cart" button. If your order is shipping outside of the U.S. or Canada, just click here to let us know what you are interested in and include your entire address address. We will email back with an exact shipping quote and estimated arrival date within 48 hours.
Assembly
All of our furniture is fully assembled and finished by hand before being partially dis-assembled for shipping. Most items ship in five to fifteen parts and take twenty minutes or less to re-assemble. Click here to see the assembly instructions for most sets. Printed assembly instructions are attached to Box No. 1 of each item.

Office Address
You are welcome to visit us at our office, located at 33800 Annapolis Road, Annapolis, CA 95412. We have a small selection of furniture on display. But please be aware, it's a long drive! If you'd like to come up, just let us know in advance via the contact form, so that we know to be expecting you.
Woodworking Shop
We ship all our lumber from our forests in Annapolis to our woodworking shop in Ensenada, Baja California. Orders ship from nearby San Diego, CA.
Packaging Materials
We use recycled wood and/or cardboard. All the material can be fully recycled again. Please help by reusing or disposing of these items responsibly.

Most items ship via UPS ground. Large orders ship with the padded boxes strapped to a crate and are delivered to your driveway by UPS Freight or other nationwide LTL carriers. Padded boxes inside crate weigh less than 90 lbs for easy handling.
Shipping Times
Transport time adds three to five business days depending on your location. When your order leaves our shop, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so you can see the arrival time.
Rush Orders
If you need your furniture in a HURRY, we can rush ship most orders in three business days for an additional 10% to 20% surcharge (to pay our employees for the overtime shifts and expedited shipping). If you want a Rush Order just choose "Expedited Service" as your shipping method during the Checkout process. We will send you an e-mail confirming your Rush Order and the expected arrival date.
Sales Tax
California residents, please add 8% Sales Tax. There is no Sales Tax added to purchases outside the State of California.

Click the "Add to Cart" symbol: next to the item you want or call us toll-free at 866-332-2403. You can also fax in your orders to 619-374-2462. We understand it is difficult to buy furniture without seeing and feeling it. We are happy to answer any questions to help you make the best decision for your situation. Expert advice is available 7 am to 7 pm (PST) 7 days a week. Night calls are accepted also, but technical questions will be answered the next morning.
When we receive your order, we will e-mail your invoice (usually immediately, but always within 24 hours). The most common method of payment is by credit card. If you prefer, you can mail your payment to the address below. We place a 50% deposit on credit card orders with the balance charged on the shipping date. When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and expected arrival date. To expedite mail-in orders, please send only one check for the full amount.
